At Forge 3D, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days after receiving your order to request a refund or replacement.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it and, when possible, in its original packaging.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind or buyer’s remorse.

Once we review your request, we will notify you if your refund or replacement has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
